Now, when it comes to sunscreen, I am becoming a firm believer in naturally treating your skin by what you put into your body/ what you eat. There are natural ways to protect our skin from the inside out, and honestly, a little sun is good and necessary to keep us healthy. But I am also a firm believer in the fact that sun exposure is the leading factor in aging of the skin. Being over-exposed to the sun without protection causes eighty percent of our skin's aging, so that definitely tells you how important applying sunscreen is. I am loving the silkiness and effectiveness of these products. Plus, that
product is perfect to apply after those long days spent outside.
