You can always spot a Utahn by watching how they eat their french fries. If a person seems to be dipping their fries in a pink mixture, then chances are, they are from Utah. We have developed the best way to eat french fries, and no other way will do! Now, I'm not a

huge

potato-fry-fan... but there is something about sweet potato fries that I cannot get enough of. Ask any of my co-workers and they will tell you all about how I have converted them to my sweet potato fry-eating-ways. While they are delicious plain, I have figured out what makes them taste even better... We're talking addictingly good... And you can thank Utah for what I'm about to teach you.

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise

Ketchup

Lemon Juice

Sweet Potato Fries

I recently found the

Alexia Sweet Potato Fries

while shopping at Walmart, and I couldn't resist. They're all natural, high quality, and so versatile! Perfect for this recipe. Alexia also makes amazing onion rings and crinkle cut fries!

Directions:

Place the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes at 425 F

In a bowl, mix equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise (the amounts you add are up to you. It depends on how many fries, people, and dip you want). Add a teaspoon (more or less, depending on the amount of dip you're making) of lemon juice, then whisk it all together until no clumps remain.

When the fries are done, I like to add a little extra sea salt, then dip and enjoy!

I found them on the top shelf and took the last bag. Whew!

How do you like to eat french fries, onion rings, or sweet potato fries? Be sure to try the Alexia Fries from Walmart, they're delicious!
