When I moved back to Utah, I had plans of a balanced life; one where I felt relaxed and in control. However, that hasn't been the case. I've been busy and working more than I had planned. The first thing that seems to be cut out of a busy schedule, for most people, is breakfast. As most of us know, that is a mistake, as a healthy breakfast kickstarts our day and gives us the energy we need to make it through our hectic schedules.

To help remind myself of the importance of breakfast and to offer all of you a quick and healthy way to start your day, I decided to share my favorite breakfast smoothie recipe with

You will need

1 EAS

®

 100% Whey Single Serving Packet

1 frozen banana

6-8 oz water

1/2 cup ice

I feel silly even posting the instructions, because it's the simplest recipe I have ever shared... Simply place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you like your smoothies thicker then stick with 6 oz of water, if you like it thinner then be sure to add 8 oz. I stuck mine in a blender bottle so I can easily carry it with me 

throughout my morning.
