On The Go Tea Time // Rubbermaid® fasten + go
I've always been a fan of tea parties; they're charming, full of delicious yet light foods, and they make me feel much more refined than I am. However, they're not always an accessible day to day option. But then I came across this adorable and NEW

For my on the go tea time themed lunch, I included a cucumber sandwich (recipe below), some fresh vegetables, peppermint tea, and some of my ritz cracker sandwich cookies (recipe

To make the Cucumber Sandwiches, you will need:
2 slices of Soft/ White Bread
1 small Cucumber
Fresh Dill
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese and greek yogurt. When they are mixed well, add in 1-2 tsp of fresh dill and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Stir it well then spread onto your bread (either both slices or just one, depending on your preference). Next, peel your cucumber then thinly slice it. Place the cucumber slices all across one slice of bread then top it with the other slice. Cut it into triangles for that tea party look, pack them up in your Rubbermaid® fasten + go kit, and you're set! There will be leftover spread, so just keep it refrigerated in an airtight container until you're ready for your next meal prep.
