Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/8 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Toasted Coconut
Directions
In a bowl or in one of the containers from your
, combine the greek yogurt and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Top the yogurt with the toasted coconut or stir together. Pack your Rubbermaid® Balance™ Meal Kit with the dip, your favorite fruit, pop on the lid to keep it all together, and go! You can also use raw coconut, I just prefer the toasted for its crunch and color.
