Southern California Road Trip Pt. 3 // Disney's California Adventure
We spent our second day in Anaheim at Disney's California Adventure. While I had been to DCA before, I had not yet been to Cars Land and was really excited to see it! But first, we decided to head to the Guardians of the Galaxy Breakout ride (previously Tower of Terror) so we could maybe beat the crowds. We waited in line for about 30 minutes before riding, and the ride itself was worth it! While I love Tower of Terror, I will admit, that Guardians of the Galaxy Breakout is fun and fast paced!
After that, we spent almost the entire day in Cars Land! I was obsessed; the food, the street, the characters. I was trying to take in every detail! We luckily had fast passes for the Radiator Springs Racers (practically walking onto the ride with a two hour wait), and this ride quickly became my new favorite! It is the cutest most authentic ride in the parks, and we used up the rest of our fast pass luck by booking another one for that evening before they were sold out.
We had so much fun in DCA - we rode the Little Mermaid ride four or five times, had milkshakes to cool off in the middle of the day, and didn't feel rushed at all. The park was busy, but we were able to just enjoy it!
