Five Tips For Taking Autumn Adventures
This post is sponsored by Himalayan Water but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.
My favorite time of year to travel has to be in the Fall! As the weather cools down, the leaves begin to change, and people resume their busy lives, I like to pack up and head out on some less-crowded adventures! Whether I’m hiking in the mountains, visiting a National Park, or flying across the world, it’s all made better by the season.
Of course, it can also be a hard time to get away, as Summer has ended, and everyone’s schedule begins to fill with family gatherings, school, and preparing for the busy shopping season ahead. So, here are five tips to help you find the time to get away, even when everyone else is staying home…
Tip 1: Be Prepared
Adventurous opportunities may arise at any moment, so it’s important to be prepared for anything. I always keep my car full of a few essentials, including a towel, blanket, a small first aid kit, and of course, a box of Himalayan Water! This water is perfect for adventuring, as it sourced at the base of the Himalayas, where it journeys for 20 years through rich layers of rock, sand, and clay before reaching the confined aquifer! I can’t imagine a better way to hydrate during an adventure than with water that has been on an adventure of its own!
During your Autumn Activity preperation, be sure to stock up on some Himalayan Water to keep you hydrated! It is never touched by human hands, journeys for 20 years through (not over) the mountains, through an underground aquifer, followed by a layer of clay and then rests in a confined aquifer 400 feet below ground. How amazing is that?! The water is naturally filtered and doesn't see the light of day until it is bottled at the source, at the base of the Himalayas. Plus the bottle is perfect for on-the-go storage or to freeze for ice-cold water all-day-long, or to use as an ice pack to keep pre-packed meals fresh!
