Slowing Down For The Holidays + A Recipe
The holiday season always feels a bit like a mad-dash to the finish. There's shopping and housework to be done, people to entertain, sights to see, and of course - there's the cooking. So much cooking! With all of this going on, it can be easy to forget about the little and important things, and let the business take over. So I decided to share a simple, nutritious, and delicious recipe that you can make for your next gathering while not wasting any of your precious time.
This recipe was made using Salemville® Blue Cheese. Their cheeses are crafted in the heart of Wisconsin, and are rich and creamy! They make for the perfect flavor punch to your holiday cheese ball! While I used the Salemville® Blue Cheese, I really recommend using the Salemville® Gorgonzola Cheese instead, for this recipe.
I'd love to know if you decide to give this recipe a try. It was easy and delicious, plus the presentation makes it appear as though you put in much more effort than you actually did... Win win, I say! Be sure to pick up your Salemville® Gorgonzola Cheese, and other ingredients, at your local Kroger!
