My Mid-Day Routine
This post is sponsored by thinkThin, but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.
Living a life that is constantly on-the-go has its challenges. Some days, finding time to do everything on my list can seem like more than I can handle. But I've found that what keeps me going are the moments I take for myself—those Small Wins! My go-to activity is getting fresh air through a walk or hike in nature, and stopping to savor one of my favorite thinkThin Protein Snacks. When I take the time to stop in the middle of the day (yes, the middle!) for some me-time, I find more energy to check things off my to-do list, and to make it through the rest of the day.
The thinkThin Protein Cakes and thinkThin High Protein Bars are delicious, come in the cutest packaging (which is an honest mood-booster for me), and are high in protein—making them the perfect mid-day snack. I love throwing them into my bag so I can have them when I need them; whether it's on the road, on a walk, or at home.
As I've traveled, I've found that other cultures don't just take a lunch break. They take time, in the middle of their days, to stop work for tea, naps, walks, and other leisure activities outside of lunch. It's really inspired me to make more of an effort to organize my day in a similar fashion. And right now, my mid-day walks and thinkThin protein snack breaks are doing wonders!
I challenge you to make your own small, mid-day win! What are some ways you'd like to spend that time?
