Our Vintage Inspired Engagement Photos

In case you missed it—I’m engaged! My fiancé and I met about 14 months ago, and became engaged on February 29th, 2020. Of course, when we got engaged, we had no idea we’d be working around a global pandemic, while wedding planning. But so far, it hasn’t stopped us.

Last week, we met up with our amazing photographer, Sydnee Rayl Photography, to shoot our engagements. We arranged to meet at sunrise, then we drove and hiked up to our secret location, which we had carefully selected. We spent a lot of time planning and preparing for these photos, from the location, to the time, to our outfits, and I’m really happy with how they came out! We knew that they should be something we could look back on, with love, in 20+ years, so we really tried to select timeless outfits and a location that spoke to us.

It was such a fun morning, and waiting for the completed photos was torture… But, of course it was worth it! We’ve narrowed it down to our favorites, and just need to select one for our announcements/invitations. Which is your favorite? Can you guess which ones are our favorites?
