Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños & Hot Dogs // Be Game Day Ready

With the big Game day quickly approaching, it's time to start planning out your menu. Football parties tend to play host to a lot of hungry people who won't be satisfied with just a salad... So it's important to think hearty, delicious, comfort food. This post covers two recipes in one and BONUS, they can be made at the same time, so you're really killing two birds with one stone. Plus, they taste incredible!

To make the Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños and Hot Dogs, you will need:

Jalapeños

Mini Hot Dogs

Cream Cheese

Brown Sugar

Bacon

Tin Foil

Toothpics

Baking Sheet

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°. On a cutting board, cut your jalapeños in half, length-wise. Use a spoon to dig out ALL of the seeds, then fill the centers with cream cheese. Next, cut your bacon in half and wrap it around the mini hot dogs and jalapeños, then secure with a toothpick. Place 1/2 cup of brown sugar into a bowl, then coat each jalapeño and hot dog. Place them all on a tin foil lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. When they're done, remove the toothpicks and serve with a sweet barbecue sauce.
